Bad Dragon was my first foray into the world of bespoke fantasy toys. Over the years I’ve come to deeply appreciate, and strongly prefer, toys from the so-called “indie” makers. But I respect that Bad Dragon has grown into a high-volume, successful, and fairly consistent toy maker, and it’s an industry leader in production and innovation.
And there’s one thing they do that’s very hard to find anywhere else...

After a little bit of hemming and hawing (this was, in fact, one of the first concrete steps I took to further explore my gender identity), I purchased one and eagerly awaited its delivery.
